Suspended again 4th time

Got the following this morning

Is there even any point in asking why?? Last time they kept us strung along for 2 months and ignored all legit info we sent them.

I'm trying to figure out where it all went wrong.

I work with a guy in Peru where Paypal does not work He lists and sells and I take his money. So this time we used one of his friends accounts that had never been used efore but was set up some time ago. I linked it to a new bank account in a totally different name here in Canada and used my Paypal. He only listed via Auctiva.
I told him not to over-list his costume jewellery....not expensive stuff ,but bulk selling. That's what he does for a living. He added some store bought leather goods to vary the items he sold.
The only thing I did was go in last week and pay for 3 small purchases thro paypal
So it's either the leather goods or the purchases I paid for. He was trying to get his feedback up.
??? I guess it could have been either thing. The account has only been going about a month with modest sales. I must admit I'm getting kind of weary of this happening.

Just so you know,I live in Peru also.
And can get nada to stick with Paypal either,I have lost many many accounts.
US,Euro,Indian accounts.(even Ecuador).
Tried using Paypal on my websites and nothing but contant limitations.
I have tried many different ways to connect to,including dailup.
All toast.
I wondered how that guy selling .99 necklaces from here in bundles of 50 was getting paid:bounce:

The best thing to do is get a vpn so they think you are from usa.

So are you offering me some suggestions?
If you are avoiding Paypal what do you use that works from Peru?

Actually Paypal works well with the Website....no problems there.....thank goodness.

It is best to open a vpn and make a paypal account according to the location of the ip.

Why the USA and not Canada? Do you think that makes a difference?

Well finally got an answer from Ebay. It was suspension due to counterfeit materials being sold. So, why do they pick on one person yet several others are selling the very same item, same description, almost the same photos and nothing happening to them?
