Phone number and such
 

Hey there, just joined the forum! Recently, my paypal accounts got limited every few days. So now I'm trying to make a stealth account. I bought a VPN in Canada and I'm now creating an account on paypal.

What I'm wondering is, what do I put in the "Phone number"? I'm Swedish so I don't have any Canadian phone numbers. I've looked through the forum for answers but most are old and none-working. Any ideas? :)

PS: All I want with this paypal account is to receive around 1000€ (Not at once, but in increments of around 30-50€. So I'm not sure how to do this. Do I let the money just sit there until I have enough or do I send to another paypal?

For a Canadian phone number there are several apps that will give you one for free - so do your research on those.
What you need to be concerned with is the cashing out part - and no sending payments from one paypal to another is NOT a smart way of getting that done.
