paypal added limitation to my stealth account

i have 500$ on it

im not from canada

don't have a bank account

If you can't provide them with what they're asking for, then your'e kinda screwed.. You'll just have to wait 180 days and try adding your US bank account to try and withdraw the balance

Yes but it goes away with just 1 click. You have to choose that you are non-US citizen and it disappears within seconds
