OP - at the very least your need a US IP address and a US bank account.

Changing your IP all the time isn't a good idea, they leak sometimes. You may be banned

I use different IP all the time but I keep cookies in place - no issues to date...

Are the IP addresses your switching dedicated or shared? This is interesting, I always kept a dedicated IP.
