Canadian PP questions
 

Hello,

I am looking at the possibility of setting up a Canadian company that sells bitcoin. (I am a US resident) Is it possible to link Canadian bank accounts to Canadian PP accounts under the business name and withdraw into the bank accounts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're going to be setting up a proper Canadian business and opening a Canadian business bank account then you won't have any problems withdrawing since the name on the PP account and the name on the bank account would match. What you're describing is how the system is designed to work.

The problem you're going to have is the "(I am a US resident)" part. I don't think you can open even a business bank account in Canada without a Canadian mailing address (I know you can't open a personal one). It's also painfully expensive to bank in Canada compared to in the USA. They charge you fees for everything from ACH deposits to card swipes to check deposits. All the things we're used to getting for free from American banks.

Phaz0rz is right on about the fees - brutal for Canadian bank accounts.

Most banks will want a Canadian address - TD might not though; possibly BMO as well

friend, payoneer CAD account is only for receiving amazon (CA) payment. if anyone tried to add it with PP, got limited after a week.

No by default but if anyone talks to support asking for cad account they will
Add a cad account along with notify that the account can only be used to receive from
Amazon canada
