Yeah but if they will just do like $5k and then it's toast it's going to suck. Also bank accounts here in Canada for business arn't so easy to get. Costly and all. Unless I do it under my private account. This has to be a new thing rolling out.

I also think just like USA, they might want some kind of EIN # or tax ID. Such as business to give to the gov to cover them.

SIN is "equivalent" to SSN but not mandatory to provide - in fact many places in Canada won't consider SIN as an ID since it does not have your photo.

I know I was told 5 years ago when I first got it. I was told all about it, how people used it as ID and now it's done with due to photo issues.

Did you get asked for the sin card or for other related tax documents?
Either isnt hard to find so as long as your provide decent docs youll be fine

They asked for card. And hard part is I had also immigrated here too Canada 5 years ago and they don't issue cards either cause they use them for ID. It's all due to tax. They limited it, screw it. Easier too make another account and move on and I got a few backups.
