Regain your ability to accept Visa and MasterCard on paypal

just receiving this messages in my email inbox

but when i loginto (paypal Canada) theres no messages and no notification how or where to accept this agreement

my paypal is personal

can anyone help please some advise ?

Is this a high volume account where they are wanting you to sign agreements with each of the card networks individually?

If so, I had to go through it a few years ago on an American account. But when I did it all of the steps were clearly lined out in my Paypal account. Are there any instructions in the email they sent you? Maybe you can follow a link from the email (assuming this is a real email from PP and not a spoof/phishing email)?

Another thing that might work is logging into paypal.com instead of paypal.ca and see if any notifications show there.

hi thanks yes when i try to follow the email and log into paypal it says sorry we cant find the link or information its so weird and i log into .ca and com theres no notification on my paypal im not sure what to do

Are you still able to receive CC payments?

If so, I wouldn't do anything. Maybe the email was sent by mistake. :noidea:

by no i cannot receive visa and mastercard payments
i called paypal and told them theres no notification where to accept the agreement they just said its a bug error on their site and will contact me asap if they need more information from me

this is really weird anyone experience this ?
