I am having the same problem. Keeps getting suspended. Now no way to call them to fix this issue. I might have to buy an account from a seller at this point.. wtf... |

There are three main reasons why a seller’s eBay account would be suspended:
Not paying eBay back for a refund eBay made to a buyer on the seller’s behalf.
Late payment of fees (or payment method on file has expired).
Serious violation of one of eBay’s policies and procedures.
So, if your eBay account has also got suspended or you want to avoid account suspension then you will have to use eBay in the proper manner! |

Make sure your useragent, session ID and cookies are cleaned. Use a new ISP if possible, if not a dynamic IP is fine.
Apart from that, do not use any email/phone linked to an old account. For the bank/VCC, you need to use a real one (a real bank, not a VBA or VCC, those will trigger limitations).
You should be fine, as long as you keep things on the down low. |

| yeah same, they work well. now next step is to see if it passes first listing. in regards to first listing is it a good idea to list some used books which are probably worth $5-10 as an auction? or are all books considered high risk? |

The answer is in the question *new account*. From my experience, I found it impossible to list on a new account.
You have to age the account min 2-3 months, longer the better. Many (like moi) don’t like to wait that long, so you can buy an account that’s aged. |

Don't just make an account that's empty and start listing, make various items to list and follow new items and auctions over time. Look like a real user and you'll be treated like one. |

It seems that it is normal nowadays. Created many many accounts, did browsing, buying a lot... first listing only after a month or two. Still getting this limit, but can be sorted out easily via chat. |

i would create a new ebay/paypal
log in a couple times over 3-5 days using my phone hotspot data (new IP)
list one used item such as a HDD
wait 24-48 hours for listing to be added
then list as normal
worked perfect every time until ebay stopped using paypal |
