Adding USA bank account to Canadian PayPal

VBA's in Canada are impossible to get and I'd really like to know how to add US banks to Canadian Paypal accounts.

PayPal allows it but I get an error on every new account I try. The only time it worked when was I used a 6 months old account with 100+ transactions.

Does anyone has any tips or tricks to add a US bank without having to build a lot of transaction history?

Adding a US bank usually takes a call-in to PP nowadays for any chance of getting the bank added

CA acct seller knows how to reliably do it.

You definitely have to call them for them to add it. It took me about a week with over 14 seperate calls to find one of their robot indian representatives to help me.
