anybody having problems adding a bank to CA?

All my accounts keeping giving me an error. And no im not using a proxy.

This is what happens when I click add bank.

try to add a debitcard 1st,after receive a small amount like 1$ from another paypal,then try i hope after that you can add a bank

No comments about how retarded Canada is now? you keep berating the US as a whole every time you run into one of your little issues - why not now with Canada?
Ans I see you changed your flag as well - wasn't it the US flag until recently?

I'm currently seeing this message when trying to confirm my bank account. Did anyone resolve this?

Your flag is australian - your post refers to Canada though?

is your paypal account long time ago created?

or the bank account has already been added to another Paypal account.
