Have you checked if stamps.com is compatible? I think by default in pp you can't buy usa shipping labels.

You'd probably need to add a USA return address but IDK if it would be an option then either.

Just tried to figure it out for you but had no luck.

Correct - that's why Canadian paypal would not allow for usa shipping labels since the address on file is in Canada :(

I actually went to Paypal.com. The first answer that came to mind for me was logging into paypal.com instead of paypal.ca, but it makes no difference. It apparently will only show CA Post + UPS as options if you only have a CA address on file.

No idea if adding a US address would make US carriers show. Let us know how it works out if you're brave enough to try, OP.

I tried Payal shipnow,and edit the ship to address,but it wont let me.
then I went to USPS.com to print a shipping label,once I sign in to my account,I cant change the ship to address.
what are you trying to accomplish?
are you the ship from or the ship to ?

It's 100% true for anyone without a Canadian IP address, but I was getting at the fact that EVERY PayPal uses the .com domain. I've told you this a million times now. Stop complicating things and simply say that you mean a Candian PayPal.

You are only directed to the CA page if you have a Canadian IP; I have a UK IP and am redirected to paypal.com/uk when I write paypal.ca.
