New ebay suspension

Hello,
I Created a new Canadian"s eBay Stealth account each with his own ip adress, phone number and paypal account
once I tried to put small items for sale
i get a suspension notice
where is the problem please

- How are you keeping the accounts separate? windows profiles etc..
- What service are you using for your IP addresses?
- What type of VCC are you using?
