Upload tracking to ebay & paypal

Hi, when making sales, do I have to upload tracking number on ebay as well as on paypal, or just ebay should be fine?

If have a valid tracking number, then uploading to both is a good move but just eb is ok as well.

Does upload tracking on paypal help reduce the chance of getting limited?

No.
PayPal has tracking information the moment you upload it to Ebay already.
