Creating a Stealth Business PayPal Account - Some Questions
Hey guys.
Canadian stealth PayPals are great. Well, at least mine is still alive and kickin after 2 years since I got it. However, it's time to make another one just to spread the things. But unfortunately, my favorite seller here doesn't sell them anymore. So I think I have to make one myself, oh well. I have experience working with such accounts but don't have experience of creating one. So I have some questions to ask.
A couple of things I believe worth noting: - I need a business account, not a personal one. (or premier but I highly doubt they still allow to make them)
- My business doesn't involve eBay or Amazon.
- The business is pretty small with $1-2K/mo in incoming transactions in total max.
- I don't actually need a bank account for withdrawing - I have some other ways. (however, if it adds more trust to the account, I don't mind buying one)
What I already have: - A source of good dedicated IPs.
- Basic knowledge about stealth stuff, virtual machines, fingerprints, all that good stuff.
And here are my questions: - What are the reliable options for buying a VCC? Does it have to be a Canadian VCC?
- Do I actually need a bank account (VBA) attached since I have other ways to withdraw funds? If yes, then where can I buy one?
- Do I need anything special for making a business account?
- Maybe a silly question but... if my account gets limited/suspended/blocked, will the funds that some other person got from me be put on hold or returned or something?
- Is there something else I'm missing?
My goal is to make the account as safe as possible while spending as less as possible on the creation. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
P.S. I'm not from Canada. I'm not from the US either. So if there are some things requiring phone calls, I would need some advice on how to deal with that like where to find someone who can call for me. |
