How to create stealth Canada Paypal?

Canada IP, Canada phone number(receive the code)

I bought 2 Canada Stealth accounts form forum seller before,no VCC added on these paypal,but linked a bank account.

UK paypal need to add VCC to verify,so CA paypal need to add a bank account to verify?

Can I link a USA bank account to verify?

CA needs a bank account - Canadian bank account is simplest.

USA bank account can be used but I think it's tougher for the past few years - have to call in more often than not

Yeah I was looking all over for CA accounts, I saw him on here before when I didn't need them, now I do and hes no where to be seen. Sucks.

I know what u mean...I bought few accounts from him but then he completely disappeared....I hope he is ok.

Canadian paypal account is super easy to create. I have multiple CA paypal accounts linked with bank account.
