Spending balance vs. new PP updates
 

I've been selling a few tools as I upgrade to newer ones, building feedback and getting something out of my old stuff as I go....

My CA PP lets me spend from my balance, and I use to to pay small things online, and it's (extremely) convenient to have readily available like that...

But now I see (both USA and CA) account emails get these "PP updating our terms" emails, and while I know it's just a guess, I'm wondering if anyone here has an educated guess whether being able to spend from a balance will likely change for Canada? These PP updated policy notices talk about cash accounts and verification, but nothing clearly about the CA accounts... does anyone forsee this changing in the near future?
