paypal Canada : You have an account alert notification

At the top of the summary page in my PayPal account I have this message:

I added the required information. If I click on the link in the alert I get the message "Thank you for providing all the required information. You're all set, and your account is back to normal". But the alert is still there.

This is clearly a bug, but I can't find anywhere to report it. Anyone know?

Well considering that notice states you need to deliver the info by Nov 12, 2018 id say it is a bug.

i submit the information.. it shows me an error and tells me i have one try left.. dont know what to do

Are you able to use PayPal normally (i.e. send, receive, etc.). It happened to me once on account, it was "limited" but worked fine

Not a long time, died within 6 months. But then again someone did card 10-15 payments to it.
Account was closed for AUP violation and lost $1000 in balance. Currently has -$1000 balance.
