Canadian Ebay/Stealth Account

Does anyone on the forum still sell Canadian accounts, I have been trying to search but seems like there is no one that is selling.:(

Sadly he has no accounts in stock, Which VPN or proxy provider do you use if you have a stealth account?

I don't need to use VPN or proxy when based in Canada - I use cellphone tethering, dynamic residential IP examples for the Canadian accounts

Ok for managing your accounts you use phone tethering where you just connect your phone hotspot to a new user on your computer if I'm correct?

That's one part but I also have dynamic "residential IP" from cable provider
