HI, Does anyone know a cheap reliable virtual phone app we can use in Canada for paypal and Ebay that will work 100 percent today? I have seen options like google voice, textnow, etc. Any info would be grateful!

Not sure what works 100 percent in terms of virtual phone app for Canada anymore - you might have to bite the bullet and experiment with results way down the google search list.

Not sure which is better. Try to use the real info. Or buy the cheap sim

I bought a cheap sim at 7-11 with SpeakNow. It cost me $15 to get a phone number.

Haven't found any virtual or phone apps that I could use for paypal/ebay. I been reading apps like google voice, and mostly any phone free app will give you 0 limits on ebay and most do not receive verification codes, If anyone knows a way or app other than a real sim that you can successfully attach to your accounts, Please let me know. thanks

Why do you want to use apps when you are in Canada with access to real services? Just wondering

As you mentioned the cost to get the sim card is $15 but what is the monthly cost to keep and maintain the number. I just want to use to the sim card to verify ebay/paypal and I am not intending to use the sim to place any calls or send messages. Also does the number receive all paypal/ebay verification without any problems on the iphone? If you can help me that would be greatly appreciated before I go in and purchase the sim card, thanks!

I put $25 on the card and its good for 365 days. It was fine getting all the ebay texts and whatnot. .15 per message.
