Why have i got no notification from ebay about MP payments?

Why has ebay.ca never messaged me to switch to MP payments?

I see many have been told to switch over in july....

ALSO for those in canada that have switched over with stealth accounts, how did it go, what did you have to do or provide verification?

Only a small percentage of ebay sellers have been invited (forced into) MP. For the most part they invited the heavier sellers.

No info on my end hence I haven't been commenting on the MP discussion much.

My US and UK accounts are very light sales and no prompts there either yet

Im curious if the 21 day holds still apply since they are initiated via ebay...

Newest ebay and paypal accounts are about 2 months old.
First etsy stealth made a few days ago, sold to myself yesterday, just waiting for funds to come available to see if cash out is successful.

any new paypal account will have the 21 day hold. It's standard.

I know, i wasn't clear..
I meant with the new Managed Payments program will ebay still put 21 day holds on new accounts.

Ah nice etsy - hope it works well :) good experience with stealth etsy skill would be nice to see around here
