eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Prepaid Gift Card Verification?

I have a Vanilla Prepaid Card which has around 70 cents remaining in it, I wondering if prepaid gift card this can be safely used for verification for my Canadian stealth account particularly the Vanilla prepaid card I have? Thanks in advance!

Is it Visa or Mastercard? 70 cents isn't enough - at least $2 needed from what I recall

It is Visa vanilla prepaid card with 70 cents in it remaining, I recall reading a forum that says you can verify the card even with nothing in the card? Any advice, thanks

I have never tried to verify with 0 balance and I don't recall reading that...I always make sure there was a few bucks on it to cover 1.95 charge - perhaps that test charge is only 1 cent these days....

That only applies when adding the card to eBay;you certainly need a high enough balance for use with PayPal. 70 cents will lead to the card being declined.
