Paypal business account account 21 day hold?
 

Are there 21 day holds on paypal business account as well or is it just for personal because I had made a new paypal business account and received a payment instantly with no hold.

All accounts, may it be personal/premiere or business, if new, will be subjected to the 21-days holding policy. Also, the holds will depend on the nature of the transaction, and what product you are selling. I also had this instant payments randomly even if the account has not yet passed the 3 basic requirements to have a verified seller account.

invaluable is right but also, a 21 day holding policy can always come into effect later so don't be 100% certain that you will never have the holding policy...

Business accounts only get holds after a certain amount of high volume is established in the initial few days of account creation.
Personal accounts are more susceptible to holds on receiving payments as G&S

is it better to create a personal initially and then convert to business paypal after converting ebay to selling account or doing business initally?
