i tried using my balance to pay for something then it says something went wrong at checkout, i go back into my paypal and now its limited. Not just any kind of limitation, its literally locked the whole account from doing anything except logging in (cant add bank or refund or anything), its asking for photo id and picture of CC. I never tried using my cc on the account and its a prepaid. and will expire next month and i dont have the card. anyways am i screwed?

May have to consider contacting PP and sort out the issue - not necessarily screwed but balance could be locked for 180 days

The only thing you can do is send the documents they ask for. If you don't have the cc you can use Photoshop
