Bank Account locked down ! CIBC (3rd party payments)
 

I had my CIBC account locked down because of 3rd party payments.

I have 4 accounts with CIBC all attached to different stealth accoounts.

So Paypal payments are comming in with various names ( not mine ) .

I was able to go into the bank and tell them some stories about customers paying me with paypal. And they reluctantly lifted the limitation on my bank account.

Although they said they might want more info from me later.

Anyone else experienced this ?

3rd part payment! as I know , 3rd part can only deposit $1000 per day into your bank account

and I think we should not provide SIN number to banks.

I have a RBC BANK ACCOUNT, THEY NEVER ASK ME MY SIN NUMBER..
BUT I RECEIVE A LETTER FROM hsbc , THEY ASK ME FOR MY SIN NUMBER...

hi

same happend to my i was a little agressive withdrawl to agressive over the weekend from my paypal stealth to my bank account to 2 checkings each over $1200 together 3000$

the money is in my balance but they put a hold since 5 days saying they reviewing it what can i do is this gonna e a problem??

any advice

Interesting haven't had this problem before, and was running about 5 cibc accounts. Has anyone else had experience with CIBC with this? Now Im currently using RBC
