Transition to Managed payments?
 

I have been trying to find answers regarding managed payments but still don't completely understand how to make the switch over.

1) Would you still be able to create stealth accounts under different names and addresses, can you add your saving account as a way to receive money like on paypal?

2)Does the name and address have to match in order to receive payments and would ebay be able to see your real information if you add your savings account?

So what would be the changes that we need to make for our existing accounts and new accounts to transition over safely without compromising our accounts, also how would be going about creating accounts now since paypal won't be required. Thanks in advance for the help !
