Making new ebay account?

For those who created a Canadian eBay Stealth account recently does it make you sign up with managed payment from the start or does ebay still have a paypal option?

I chatted with an eBay rep and they told me May 21st will be the date it will be mandatory to use managed payments in order to continue using eBay. So let's see...

Just got an email from eBay for all my stealth accounts that I need to update my accounts info for managed payments by April29th or my account will be disabled to sell. RIP... anyone know how to go about this for managed payments. I have been reading the forum but still lost on what to do.

second, just yesterday a rep told me i could use paypal on a new account i made.
turns out i couldn't so i told the rep this as i kept them on chat and they just said. it's a upgrade and you can't use paypal

even though seconds before i could apparently..

they're all clueless F***s
