Help: Best & Easy & Cheap phone verification

Hi just to ask which is the best and cheap method verified the phone in Canada Montreal Thanks

i have check for ringcentral and the price is not bab 10$ a month but after i have see this in an old thread so what i need to use ?

ringcentral does not work for canadian ebay member no more. i tried it last night, they don't allow me to use the number to verify before i sell. not sure if it was just me or for everyone else

IMO fido or rogers pay as you go is the best option
