I'm aware they have a algorithm but was deciding just registering with a generic ⊗⊗⊗⊗ sin if that is possible instead of entering ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id since I heard you have to send a id proof if you choose not to enter sin.

They are highly unlikely to have access to a SIN public data base legitly - a generic SIN that confirms to the algorithm would work. Issue is when they do the bank account access. If you don't enter SIN, yes you will have to provide other ID
Unsure what you're getting at but when it comes to the verification there's a similar system for Canada which uses public database question and answers from this Goeasy place so not saying eBay themselves can track you by SIN but they use an outside company to do that.

I just added the SIN # which I got from the SIN generator link, everything else was the same from when I first created the account with paypal. Now the only message I get on the selling tab is to update info or send an ID since they can't verify my stealth details. How did you manage to pass the algorithm with stealth details ? Would be much appreciated if you can help.
