Can not Register For Manage Payments

Hi All,
i come back after a very long absence, My 15 Yers old ebay account i tried to list an item i get Ebay message to register for manage payments, When i click on the link i get this message, "Wait for our Email, we will Contact you soon".
My question is , what do i do, do i wait or do i call customer support to setup manage payments? or any other suggestion would be very appericiated.

When you go into seller account section, is there any message inviting you to enroll?

there is no message, i spoke to customer service yesterday and they say there is a problem on their side they are fixing it

Are you able to still list items and receive payments on paypal?if so just keep going that way and wait for them to invite you to enrol.

What was the solution for your problem? Did you have to sign up to managed payments and add a bank account to continue selling?
