Trying to link a Tangerine account to my managed payment

Tangerine is in the option of banks but yet it is nothing letting me. It says they do not support this bank but its right there in the options. Anyone had this issue? I went to chat and they told me Tangerine was available. The account is up and running. I sent all my document but it is the only problem I am facing at the moment.

Managed payments stopped accepting Tangerine for quite some time, exisitng links are grandfathered.

Tangerine used to give problems even back in the day so figures this would not be anything new
