Ebay asking for Credit Card
 

Hey,

ebay is asking me to enter a credit card to pay my relist cancellation fee and which i dont have a credit card the fee all fees are payout using my bank account... i dont have a credit card how can i work around this its a ebay canada account so international vcc's wont work.

Are you in Canada? You should be able to get a Vanilla visa with balance on it from gas station or store.

Which bank account are you using?

All seller accounts would be asked to enter a credit card,so Ebay can charge it for any reason

Ebay cannot just access your bank account,only a bank which provides you with a merchant account can.

Recouping from your Linked Financial Account (and if required, by issuing a direct debit mandate or other similar authorization);

I see !
One way a brick and mortar retailer blocks such is to tell the bank not to allow certain entity to either debit or credit its account,or close the account or just abandon it.
But it would not work with MP if you intend to keep selling on Ebay

Get a canadian VCC or use your own credit card.

In Canada atleast I believe they are unable to debit from your bank with just direct deposit details

Vanilla gift card like rsot said or you could open a Koho account, you get a mastercard debit number immediately and can just etransfer to the account

Since you don't have a credit card and eBay wants one for the relist cancellation fee, you need to contact eBay customer support directly. Explain your situation and that your fees are usually paid via your bank account. Ask them if there's another way to pay the fee, like using your bank account directly, a prepaid debit card, or a one-time payment option. They might be able to offer an alternative.
