Ok thanks was just checking the section looks like all sellers are gone, is making new stealth accounts still same process is it even possible ?

It is possible with some effort - no sellers on the forum but there exist ones outside the forum

Can you please point me into direction I learned how to making stealth but not sure if that’s still the same due managed payments ? Do I have to give them my id or sin nr ? Thank you

ID maybe, SIN you will get a warning saying CRA needs it blah blah blah

but they can't force you to, at least not currently

Hey thanks lcpink did the bank requirement changed ? Can I add Canada bank account and US Bankaccount to managed payments ?

i only know about the canadian stuff... never tried with a US bank

i use neo, tangerine and PC financial. They all work and are free

I just created first account just 1 more think I’m not sure about I have 2 bank accounts that I used 6 years ago with paypal/ebay you guys think I can reuse the bank account to add to managed payments ? Not sure what to do paypal and this new managed payments have nothing to do with each other right now?

seller can no longer accept paypal payment,but buyer can use Paypal to make payment.
MP is your only game in town now with a few exceptions,I think some Carribean countries.
Also Ebay does not accept AMEX card,but you can still use AMEX via Paypal to make payments

Hey just trying to figure out if I can use my old bank accounts from back 6/7 years ago with managed payments that I used with PayPal thanks

you can pm here and there - that's fine. For me, I have made accounts in stealth info and attached bank account using MP in the stealth info awhile back when it was first being rolled out - lately forum discussions indicate using MP under real name though

You should be able to use those bank accounts for MP fine

For Canadian eb account, trying to attach a US bank account to MP is literally impossible from what I have tried - would love to know if a workaround has been found...

Thanks rsot that’s great just to make sure those eBay /paypal acc where suspended years ago . So should be fine to reuse the bank accounts to mp ?

i would say yes because you used those with paypal NOT ebay MP

They should still be seen as fresh

Old eb would not have the bank account on file - bank would be with PP. While eb and pp were often sharing info, it seems that the bank info was not being shared to MP implementation

When Paypal was the only processor on Ebay,Ebay rep can log into your Paypal account ,I would not be surprised it saves your Paypal account along with your Ebay account.

Ebay reps back in the day were more active and explorative - these days, the reps are pretty bogus; I'll bet they won't go into pp for searching

These days Ebay has no reason or rights to access your Paypal account,I am referring to those Ebay account suspended back when Paypal was the only processor on Ebay.
