I would rather have quality account then keep getting no promoted listings and MC999. I always tell people , everyone has their own strategy however I've noticed that with eBay the ones who starts slow, usually win the race. |
| Lcpink | 03-18-2025 05:26 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts Slower the better, more spread out the better.
You will still get hit eventually though
That's ebay |
| Lcpink | 03-18-2025 07:49 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts Well one of my really solid accounts got hit with the stupid mc011. So bloody annoying!
only been selling 3 items a day on there ($90CAD) total 6 month selling history, no open cases and 100% feedback
funny thing is if you carefully read what they ask for when uploading, in theory you shouldn't need to provide receipts.... so dumb
To expedite the processing of your request, please send us proof of identity, your address or proof that you are the owner of the items listed on eBay.
"or"
i sent them selfies with me holding the items and my ID last time as they were literally old used goods i had in my basement  |
Re: Help for Canadian Accounts 3 items a day with $90 total after 6 month history - that's sick... |
| Lcpink | 03-18-2025 10:14 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts 3 items per day totalling $90CAD per day for the past 2 Months.
Previous 4 months was the odd item here and there and I've had to do this verification twice already with fully legit details
It's pathetic, why even bother with eBay anymore. At least when it was PayPal you could slowly withdraw the funds but if they feel like another mc999. You'll be waiting 6 months
eBay are complete trash, it's dead on there compared to before which is highly amusing. No wonder |
| SaiJin | 03-18-2025 02:36 PM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts Canada ebay is like USA ebay?
Quite similar? |
| Camaro2SS | 03-18-2025 06:00 PM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts I agree , MC011 has become absolutely ridiculous! My feeling is eBay targeting specifically drop shippers. I have never seen so many MC011s. I lost a bunch of accounts due to MC011s. Currently have like 4 accounts restricted. eBay is run by a bunch of morons. They would rather protect scammer buyers who return empty boxes but they will gladly suspend good professional sellers like myself instead. |
| Lcpink | 03-19-2025 04:33 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts same as me. 4 accounts too lol |

Quite similar? | Similar in terms of operation - different in terms of clientele...of course, the niche market always factors in when you deal with customers, verification antics, etc.
Much less volume of sales though |

| Lcpink | 03-20-2025 07:39 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts Well they suspended me even though i provided all legit documents and my account is 2 years old. They will happily let me buy goods on ebay though...
so they will let me buy goods but also keep my payouts on hold, complete and utter crooks, it's literally a scam site. crazy.
i asked them in that case can i used the funds that are available but on hold in my payouts to purchase? THAT CONFUSED THE HECK OUT OF THEM, my god lol |

The reason why they held your fund is in case of dispute/chargeback.
if they let you spend it,then there is no fund to cover such and EBay would have to foot the bill.
They cant understand a smart business person like you does not grasp such |
| Lcpink | 03-20-2025 08:20 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts i know the reasons why. I just like to hear it from the horses mouth but rather that, they actually told me yes i could but in reality i know i can't
they will tell you anything to get off that phone
i will just laugh at your sarcastic comment towards the end. Appreciate the constructive input:yar: |

The sarcastic comment at the end...agreed, not warranted - laughable but kind of daggerlike... |
| Lcpink | 05-18-2025 10:38 AM | Re: Help for Canadian Accounts Little update from before. Received all my payouts of held funds (permanent suspension) within 2 months over 4 accounts, ($2.5k approx)
Im back making some new accounts now and see how things go under my real details as before
Full Stealth is dead so don't bother. |
Re: Help for Canadian Accounts That's good news about the payouts - use the money well |

i think it will help for creating and managing eBay accounts, focusing on privacy and verification. However, always ensure that you're following eBay’s policies and local regulations to avoid any issues. Using accurate information is important for long-term account security.
thank you. | eBay pick and chose when they enforce their policies. For example recently I had an item removed because they "felt" that my item fell under their "electronically delivered" policy so should of been listed in a different category.
Even though I literally send the item with Canada Post with receipts to prove that..
These were Tim hortons gift cards, legit plastic cards. Not stolen, nothing. Just wanted them gone.
I appealed, called and explained etc and after all the BS I got rejected and a strike on my account.
So fek eBay and their policies, treat your accounts like whack a mole, when one goes down pop up another. |

Did any of your buyers ask you for the code so they can use it online?
I know it happens often with Lowe and Home Depot cards as the buyer prefer to shop online |

maybe even them asking could trigger the AI? i have no idea.. |
