Certapay .. can you use this as your only payment option ?

I have a bunch of ebay accounts with suspended paypals

I am looking for an alternative so that I can start using these accounts agian.

Anyone know if certapay can be used to sell on ebay as a primary payment option ?

eBay only allows 16 or so % of your sales to go through processors besides Paypal - problem but it is what it is.

So in otherwords certapay is useless for ebay ?

They do allow you to use Moneybookers , Paymate etc. for all your transactions don't they?

I keep hearing a lot of great stuff about paymate .. Not for Canadians ,
But maybe you can get stealth paymate accounts?
