MC999 seller performance level update
 

I got a MC999 eBay seller performance level update. I checked my seller dashboard, buyer satisfaction is "poor". I only got 1 neutral feedback, no neg and have 2 cases open (i resolved the issue with one guy and he told me everything is fine, but he hasnt close the case yet).

My question is can i list again or it's better to wait couple of days? actually i haven't listed anything since my last hit of MC019 at the beginning of Oct which was over 30 days ago. can list now? or wait?

looks like im not going to get good standing even i list items and apparently i wont be allowed to list as many items as i can. :doh:when the selling limit will be removed?

is there anybody here has the same problem as me?

How many cases have you had in the past? What's your overal feedback, dsr rating, etc?

Lot of missing info.

Continue to work on it as you can and get new stealth account going.

i had 3 cases in total in the past. feedback score is over 98% and over 200 feedback. im sorry, but what is the dsr rating?

Well, 3 Cases on an account with 200 Total Feedback is A LOT,,You are Lucky to still have the account and 98% means 4 Negatives,,again A LOT,,, 98% is BARLEY Above Ebay's Minimum Standard,,

Also You Do NOT Know what a Detailed Seller Rating is?,,,Thats pretty Rough,,The First thing that you Need to do is to go to the Account Tab and the Scroll down to "Seller Dashboard" and LEARN about both how Ebay Works as well as DSR's,,,
The Next thing you want to Consider is Changing the product that you are selling and Possibly the Manner in which you sell it,,,Going on the way that you have been GUARANTEES that you will not last much longer,,

and Finally,,Bust off the Wraps on some NEW Stealth Accounts,,,your Gonna Need them,,,

DSR's are how ebay sneaks up on power sellers and bites us in the ass.
Dumb Stupid Ridiculous = DSR
Go to on-line chat and inform the ebay agent that you want them to remove all DSR associated with a refund or closed case.
3 low DSR's scores in one review period will limit an account, unless they can be removed via a refund/closed case.
