Paypal 1$ Dispute
 

Hello everyone,

A while ago, a friend of mine (that I just met on the net) sent me 1$ through paypal. He wanted to try ''his new paypal account that he just made'' (he claimed). So, I now received that 1$ and he sent it as he bought some good from me.

Today, the real owner of the account opened a dispute, that he never allowed this transaction. I just can't believe ''my friend'' lied to me. Now, when I try to resolve this case, it asks me to give the shipping information the seller asked for, etc. But I have none of those information.

Am I going to get limited or suspended for this?

You should be ok. Just refund the money or let pp do it automatically in their own time.

I think it is down as an 'unauthorized transaction'. I have had a few of these in past and once the money is refunded, case closes and all is good.

While possible, I doubt it based on one case. IF it's just $1, I would consider refunding and avoiding this "friend".

Yes, that option sounds like the one I have chose in the past and all went ok.

Yes that's the option - I have used that before for bothersome buyers.
