i appended a canadian pp and ebay, added a bank account, and get verified.
Now i transferred some money from bank account to paypal. Now when i want to buy something, ebay asking me for credit card to confirm location. Now i don't know what is better to buy vcc for Ebay or vcc for paypal. Or i need for both of them. if I'll buy a vcc for paypal and i will add it, after this ebay will ask me about card?

Best to get a vcc for eb and separate one for pp - looks better to their systems.

Yes I mistyped - you can use the same one for both - if allowed by the VCC processing system. Nothing dicey there - makes sense to eb and pp as oge stated - same card both.

Key point oge - in most times, I would always recommend the physical gift card in hand but maybe some oversea posters can't get those? So I stuck with the VCC issue the OP proposed.
