Vanilla does not work with ebay??
 
Tried to register with a 25$ vanilla mastercard but ebay did not accept it here in canada, even though i read that it is working.
any ideas?

It works. You have to go the vanilla mastercard/visa website.

Log in by checking the balance. Then on the side, it will have a link "register your card". You click that and put the postal code of what you registered your Paypal account with.

I had the same issue as you before, but what I said above is the solution.
