Why not abandon the u.s. Paypal?!?!?!?!
 

1.There is no withdraw or sending limit in Canadian paypal.
2.And Canadian Ebay and Paypal is not as strict as U.S.
3.You don't need to wait for the 10 feedbacks before you list items in the other countries using Canadian Ebay.

i dont live in canada, from your flag, neither do you.

since ebay and paypal dont like VPN's all that well, im not sure how one would have a canadian account living in the US. but what do i know... im sure someone else has more experience with this that i do and will hopefully chime in

Welcome to the forums. Let me one of the Canadians to disperse your myths...

1. Untrue - there is both sending limits and withdrawal limits (withdrawal limits do change when you have a bank account on it and get verified).
2. Maybe so but you can still get hit with ID equivalent if you try to gun your way through.
3. Where did you get this 10 feedback rule from? Even on US eb you can list right away - if you DARE to be hard at it.

I work on both platforms but I will admit that I have yet to test the HIGH end of business (like high 5 digit sales/low 6 digits).

Can I list a used video game if I have less then 5 feedbacks?

Am not sure if used video game is considered high risk but I would say sure if you describe it well with good photos etc.

you can use dial up instead of vpn.

yes i cant believe dial up isnt free yet. netzero is free for the first 5 hours or something. Then you need to sign up.

i use it when answering messages then use auctiva to list.
