ebay canada security verification,need help please
 

Hi.my account created 5 month ago and i have about 25 feedback ,i am trying to sell somthing on ebay and a message appears :

eBay agents are available from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
•Call us at 1-866-XXX-XXX
•Mention this security code:XXXXXXXXXX
•Click Continue after talking to our agent

why this can be hapened ?? anyone had like this ??
my question here is about which questions the agent may asks me if i call them.

maybe there wanting to verify your information. Im guessing try calling them but make sure u have all ur stealth info there and call from the number you registered with.

Welcome to the forum - is your account restricted? Have you been selling risky items? Need more info to comment - could be just a simple verification but I would suggest you read around the forum more.

Depends if you want to try and keep the account going - you might be hit with ID documents to send in...be prepared. Depending on what the fug you were selling, you may have a fighting chance.
