I want to ask what are the selling limits for freshly created canadian eBay account?

10/500 is usually the default like all new accounts...

Take the 90 days, if you are looking for a legit account for personal use or small selling. You not only have the restrictions of ebay but paypal as well and they will hold your funds for 21 days. Which means you are paying for the shipping in advance, paypal may or may not release the shipping costs. You need to have 25 transactions and good feedback and proven delivery. I may be wrong but this is what I have learned in the last two weeks.
