what is the best plan for me?
 

Hi,
i am new here.I got limited by eb and pp.I had a good business and i want it back.What would be the best plan for me?Buy an account with eb and pp verified,or start a new one myself?The problem i see with buying an account is,how to get the money out of paypal?Can i change the cc after i buy the account?Will i be limited if i start a new account,even if its verified?
I need help here guys.I didn't see the ban coming and i have bills to pay.
Any help would be really apriciated.Thanks.

I would recommend reading it and starting your own or buying one...but first understand the system better to avoid links.
