canada ebay paypal block my account

hello so paypal block my account for suspicious activity they say anyways im from canada and i will like to open a new ebay account my question is
what should i do ask one of my frends to open a newbank account to is name or open a new one on my name again or maybe can i use a alternate service of paypal tank you for your solution .

If you can get friends and family to do that, do it. I don't fill anyone in on my online stuff. Use certapay checkout rather than paypal. Paypal is risky and you are not only paypals eye but under ebays too.
Certapay will not share your info with ebay.
Chances are if you have been put on hold by paypal, you ebay is on its way. Be super careful and slow down if you are making big sales. Treat it new again and build shipping and selling feedback.
If you open a new ebay, also, make sure you don't link the account by logging in from the same user account on your computer. Even if you have opened your ebay from your cell, it is risky.
