confirm location

I have one Canadian seller account, recently the linked paypal account be limited, need to confirm location, one of option is to verify credit card. I use originally registered entro- virtual card, but paypal says can't verify this card and try another entro card, still can't verify. so anyone have experience to verify one Canadian location. can I buy one US' AVS CC for my Canadian pp account, thanks

I just add one Vanilla master to PP, and change the post code at Vanilla master website as Canadian post code such as: L5V 1K8 to make sure the postal code is same. but PP says that your card issue bank denied this. anyone has better suggestion, thanks

Purchase a Canadian VCC from one of the many sellers on the board.
