Still have limits and can be hit with different ID verification. Yes, no SSN but still run by pp/eb nonetheless...

I can assure you SIN is coming next. And thanks to you folks who are not Canadian we have now 30/2000$ and it was 100/5000$ before.

You are still better off than UK folks, who get 25/£750 only. I see it as a good thing though as it encourages you to make more stealth accounts and spread things out... it may seem a hassle at first, but you are better off with four of these 25/30 accounts than with only one 100 limit account.

Because you are not raising your limits.

I know but sometimes people that start canadian ebay stealth accounts straight up get 30 items without requesting to raise limits. Is that still possible or do all new ebay accounts get 10/$1000?

They don't. The have to request higher selling limits. ALL accounts get either 5 (rare)/10/no limits when you register... there isn't any exception to this.

How can you open 25/30 bank account without raising any flags ???
