Funds held for 21 days with direct invoice??

Usually with Canadian PP accounts funds are never held if you send a direct invoice. Although, this time BOTH of my accounts are getting their funds held in a pending balance! Is this new?

Yes, usually if I send a direct invoice my funds are immediately available for me to withdraw.. I was just able to less than a week ago and all of a sudden I can't anymore on my other accounts..

Sounds like the typical limit, 250$ total over 25 items within 90 days without complaint then its removed, try to sell many low priced goods to rack the 25 items and sell something moderate then its a waiting game to beat the 90 days.
