Not personally but I eared that Ebay/Paypal is on Skype. In general, Ebay/Paypal don't like VOIP but if you can only use Skype or that it's the best option for you, just don't reuse the same Skype ID for multiple ebay/paypal account.

What kind of cellphone service do you use ? (online forwarding, disposable cellphones, prepaid, land line) I personally use 7 Eleven prepaid. You can buy a 25$ card and it last for 365 days compare to the 30 days of almost all the others companies ! If a Canadian is using a forwarding service that works with ebay and paypal please PM me or post it here. Thanks !

I have tried that 7 Eleven or I just go Fido and wreck them with number changes
