Few q's about CA stealth from US
 

Hi~ I'm new to stealth and trying a bit of everything (US account /w EIN, CA account, UK account) to find with works best for me.

Right now my focus is CA and these things are what I'm trying to figure out;

Is it better to verify a PP /w a CA VBA?
I know I can open a PP /w a US VBA. I figure it would be more ideal to have a CA VBA and look much better to a paypal rep, no?
Should I order some prepaid SIM cards /w canadian phone numbers for when I have to call in EB/PP?
I'm thinking it's going to look odd calling from the mid west US when my account is CA.

I know having both of these things would probably help my cause, but I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it because they're the more pain in the butt resources to obtain.

I have verified CA pp with both US bank account or CA bank account - does not make a difference in my opinion. A lot depends on how you operate.

Another question, when you call in does ebay link your account with that phone number? Would I want a unique never used for ebay # calling in for every account?

That be a good idea for sure. You should look into phone forwarding services. I don't know any but sure there should be some services that will forward the calls to your US phone number.

Oh yeah I got some of those, but they don't allow calling out at all :(

Guess I'll have to dig around and try to find a service that allows me to call out with that number rather than just forward it to my US number. :brushteeth:

I'm not so sure about that. You can add a US bank to withdraw to but you need a Canadian one to verify yourself... so if buying a VBA you'd need a Canada one.

This part seems pretty meaningless? How the heck would that determine if US bank would verify a Canadian PayPal?

If you call Paypal/Ebay make sure to use a different number than you call them before, for another account.

I'm 99% sure they log the phone calls and such. I've had them inquire what number I was calling from before, I said I was out of town and the agent said she would make a note of it... so yeah, pretty sure it's logged and an easy way to link up accounts, or atleast set a flag for them to look into it.

I have VERIFIED a Canadian PP account with a US bank - it can be done 100%. Do your check on this.

As for your second statement, operate means how you sell and what you sell.

Just worth adding - you cant use the USA insta-verify bank account types for CA pp...you must use the 2x microdeposit variety
