My new account had been suspension
 

Two weeks befroe,I have an ebay account was create at my friend house( use her computer. ) I did every thing at her house and using her computer . Set up pp and ebay link pp. but I didn't list anything.

Yesterday I was start to use this account to list item at my house.
1 change a new IP
2 create a new user account in my computer
3. delete all the old cookie.
4. Have a phone number ready.
5. Just list 1 low risk item

Today I login. My account has been suspension. I need to call within 48 hours.

Anybody can tell me why? If I am going to call ebay, what will ebay ask me? What should I do now? Just forget about this one and create an other one. Or call ebay?

I have an other account on this computer . I am worry to login now. I was worry about that account was suspension too.:s

This has been happening on many new accounts that are created quickly and start selling right away.
It's an easy call just call from ur stealth number and have all stealth info in front of you

@sasahome, what address did you use? Your friend's? Maybe already used?

If you list too quickly, you can be hit with this suspension too.

eB can ask simple questions - search the forums on what recent questions have been asked.

Are you using a VPN to have Canada IP?

OP this has been happening a lot on new accounts lately. More often than not you can fix it with a phone call. You have nothing to loose.

OP, just make sure you have all your information in front of you and make the call.
