selling limit again...
 

Does everyone just grow selling limit naturally or will call eb as well?

It seems the selling limit will never raise automatically montly until you reach limit per month and selling at lease 6-12 months (not sure am i right)

I have 2 stealth ebay accounts attempt to request limit after a month (i reach limit for both, shipping info provide on ebay dashboard for all order and both 0 feedback). Both start 10/1000.

The first one raise 100/5000 limit and second one raise 20/1500 after call....

The first rep just raise my first stealth a/c with no concern.

The second rep said it is brand new account for maybe 28 or a month and what should i expect as a new seller. I was mad because of her attitude then I asked her w/ $35 per item and 10 items limit, assume $10 commission then I can only make about 100US per month. If i am expecting this as full time job or business then I am going to screw up. I ask her is EBAY PAYING YOU JUST 100us A MONTH?! what ebay do for me if people buy it now and don't pay then holding my limit?　Then she raise me 20 / 1500 and said she did her which she is not suppose to. I was like wtf u talking abt........

Just kinda disappoint because one of another ebay account selling 250 high end item, i am fine if i can sell 4 per month but 3 place order and don't make payment. One request for cancellation. which nearly hold 75% limit. :s

I let the selling limits grow naturally - lot of posts about this.

Call at your own discretion but always a possibility to be suspended pending document verification.

I will admit that CANADA eb accounts have been pretty DA*N stingy on natural limit increases - for me anyway...

I do not mind if they request for photo ID but just hoping to get slightly more limit then 10 /1000. I am happy with 100/5000 :s

Well if you can deal with the potential for ID request...always remember that even if you provide documentation there IS a chance eB can say "Hey thanks for the documents ...but we find your activity risky....sorry we don't want you....get lost....don't let your screen static-shock you on the log off"

The only reason to call eBay is to clear up account issues or selling restrictions, such as MCXXX violations. If after clearing your account issue you want to ask about increasing your limits, then that is fine, you already have them on the phone.

There is no reason to call into eBay to raise your limits. This puts eyes on your account (which you can think of as instant review).

The CSR agent can be polite and tell you one thing on the phone, then 3 hours later you get a suspension letter.

Don't call eBay to raise limits; let them rise naturally and be glad that no one has looked closely at your account.

:eek: Avoid getting antsy like that with ebay. They can just as easily chop the account and suspend you.

ebay Canada is really slow with increases as well.

If possible spread the sales, make more accounts and sell to your limits all the time.

For Canada in the short term the best way to increase what you can sell is to increase the number of stealths you have

Dont ring eBay. Even if you can provide what they need there is still not guarantee that they will increase the limits, they could even reduce them

eBay should only ever be contacted as a last resort

Sell to your limit each month and eventually they will increase.

true the best way is to spread sale but I do hope at lease two of my ten stealth ebay ac has higher limit that why I called for that two. I used to have no limit ebay account and was suspend to request ID caused the paypal limited. :s

Good luck - eB Canada has been stingy on limit increases automatically /sigh - for my accounts anyhow
