If after clearing your account issue you want to ask about increasing your limits, then that is fine, you already have them on the phone.
There is no reason to call into eBay to raise your limits. This puts eyes on your account (which you can think of as instant review).
The CSR agent can be polite and tell you one thing on the phone, then 3 hours later you get a suspension letter. Don't call eBay to raise limits; let them rise naturally and be glad that no one has looked closely at your account. |
